Where should you start first with video software?

Before you start looking into video software, the first thing you have to ask yourself is what media device will you be using. eg (will you be using a dvd player, blu ray, iphone/phone, MP4 player, etc, etc), as most of them use a variety of different formats to play your videos and pictures.

Now the fun starts, looking for video software to make your videos and pictures come to life without compromising the quailty. Easy as falling off a log, right? Wrong. Do this test - type video software into your search engine. The hits you get will be enough to knock you to your knees. A bit of a tip is when you do your searches, use inverted commas at the front and back, e.g. "video software", as it refines the search a lot more.

Now, where was I, that's right, choosing video converting software. If you only want to play WMV, AVI, MPEG on your portable devices or DVD etc etc, then it's not too hard to convert to DVD and to your portable devices. I came across SUPER C. This software is good for most of the converting that people do and has a few good options in the DirectShow Decode, such as watermarking yor videos. Also SUPER C has a file joiner and can make your movies fade in and out. The speed in converting, I think, is good. Now for the price - free. That's right, free to use forever, no catches. Videocharge software is also good, but you have to pay for that one, the cost is US $99.95. There are more video converting software and reviews at my website http://www.video-software-house.com/.

Ok now that you have choosen the media device and what format to convert to, it is time to edit your muiltmedia by adding some cool and wayout features to liven up your videos and pictures, so that when you offer to show family and friends your home movies they firstly don't run for the hills or secondly doze off half way though the videos or slide show. How do you do this - by using video editing software.

Now to video editing software. There are a lot of different editing software packages available, and choosing the right one can be hard and can require a lot of searching and downloading. My site has done all the hard work for you by reseaching and reviewing video software, so click on the link http://www.video-software-house.com/. Some of the video editing software I would recommend are VideoStudio Pro X2, Premiere Elements 7 and Vegas Movie Studio, all of which will cost you money. However there are many more, so come vist my website.

VideoStudio Pro X2 I think, is a bit pricey at $100 USD but not as pricey as Premiere Elements 7 at $149.99 USD and Vegas Movie Studio 9 Platinum Edition at $84.95 USD which is a better price. Don't get me wrong, all three of these video editing software packages have good features and do a good job. I know there is development costs, marketing and so on and so on, but lets be honest, the cost could be lower.

I hope you find my blog and website informative. I will update this blog in the next few days with some more helpful information.
